I want this guys eco house. I wonder if he will build me one?

I guess I like the idea of living with a low carbon foot print but I think there is more to this idyllic life than just that. Having views of Rutland country side and the big bright windows letting in all that lovely light would be great.

The costs are cheap as it costs about £5.00 on bills. The main problem is the start up costs and investing in the technology and the build in the first place. For me this is a major problem as I am a first time buyer with a family of five now, how could i ever be in a position to afford this? The only thing I can get for my family are those horrible rabbit hutch new builds that seem to be popping up everywhere *sigh*.

Well if anyone has any suggestions to this dilemma then please feel free to let me know.

Maybe I could ask him if I could move in :) I am pleasant, house trained and don't take up much room.
